Join us for 3 days filled with giveaways, prizes, vendors, charity smoothies, and LOTS of great classes for you & your friends to try! All guests are welcome for this special Fall 2008 Evolution Event.
This September we celebrate building up our confidence within by trying new things. No need to go at it alone. Bring your friends, your sweetie, a family member, co-worker or neighbor to laugh, move, meet new people, and learn a bit more about yourself.

A head to toe endurance strength training class.
5:45-6:30pm Re-Cycle/Re-Duce with Danielle Hulahan
Music is everything in spinning. This one brings back the favorites, as you burn the fat!
6:30-7:00pm Bellydancing FREE DEMO class with Janeen Torres
No experience necessary, just bring your sense of humor & let's have some fun!
